Linda Vista is the adaptive re-use of a hospital that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, located in eastern Los Angeles. The nurses dormitory was converted to 23 affordable apartments for seniors by the noted architecture firm, Killefer Flammang. Funds from the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program were allocated from the Los Angeles Housing Dept. to fund the foreclosed property, and Historic and Low-Income Housing Tax credits were awarded. The 1.0-ac. site is located near bus lines and the Gold Line light rail, Hollenbeck Park, and a market.
I think it should be completely just shut down and not used for anything
