- TCTom CrispFeb 9, 20191.0horrible seeming company. worst apartment application process i’ve ever experienced. Incompetent arrogant and patronizing staff. Patronized me for not finding an online application myself. Then didn’t know where it was herself. I had to call back three times to ask for more instruction after repeatedly experiencing obstacles. I waited four days for them to respond to an email after calling and bumping the email chain multiple times. They also told me they didn’t receive my co-sign application when it was in the same email as my personal application. I wouldn’t advise anyone to even try to live here. The headache it caused is uncanny and absurd.
