  I moved into this apartment a few days ago and I love it. Never thought about staying downtown but I’m trying something different. It’s a clean building. The staff are nice and respond quickly. Kennedy was so helpful. She helped all the way through the process to get me into the unit. I highly recommend her.

  The garment lofts is an building structure and especially the staff management there Johnthan and Quan and rest of the staff has excellent quality of management. -RANDY DAVIS.

  We’ve lived at Garment Lofts for years, and truly love the space and management. General manager Quan Jackson has always been wonderfully helpful, as was Jonathan before him. A beautiful building managed by people who care for their community.

  I've moved to Garment Lofts recently and I am very impressed. I was worried about making a change, because I loved where I was living in Frogtown. If was a difficult decision that came down to space for working from home and space to encourage creative energy. Since day one, move in day, I've felt heard and supported. The management is ultra responsive, clever and amenable. Ashley especially was amazing, she was patient with me as I looked at loft after loft until I found what felt right and through all of my requests and questions (both large and small) she's been on the same page, informative and so laid back and likable as well. The security team as well, is absolutely top notch. On one particular night I couldn't find my 1 year old kitty Zorbo, I was worried he'd somehow slipped out of the door into the building and was lost. I checked the floors and the stairwells and then I checked in with the security manager working that night and he was so sweet and helpful. Kitty was fine, still in the loft, just had found a new napping location. The Santee Alley has a great energy, feels safe and has a community vibe. I know already that this will be one of my favorite apartments. I would suggest to anyone on the fence that they go for it, the surprise perks in this neighborhood and the cool locals make it easily worth it - not even to mention the beautiful lofts! That gym and roof opening back up though..... icing would be on the cake :)
