  This is my favorite home in KTown. From the floor plan unit, full gated and underground AND valet parking. The property staff is fantastic! You gotta rent from here!!!

  I lived here for two years and they were some of the best years of my life due to how stress free and enjoyable it was to live in a community with such good management. Drew and Jake, the leasing agent and general manager, were very helpful and always greeted me with a smile and positive attitude. If I could stay, I would, as this place really is special. Great amenities as well!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have tried getting my security deposit back for the last year and have sent probably 30+ emails. They rarely reply and refuse to figure it out. They said they sent my security deposit to my new address a year ago but I never received it and it was not cashed (which they verified) and I have tried to get them to send it again for so long and nothing happens. I’ve tried showing up in person to figure it out and nothing gets figured out. I get the same response every single time and at this point, I’ve accepted that I’m never getting it back. Management is horrible, the parking is horrible, everything is horrible.
