Luckily, I saw enough bad reviews I decided not to move forward and was told I’d receive my $300 deposit back. It has been 3-5 months now and still no refund. They said it has to be sent in a check for a reason unbeknownst to me— meaning it can only mean fraud. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

They never gave me the deposit back after more than a year waiting from them to pay me back $2230 I’ve been emailing them for months and still haven’t received anything from them. But not enough, living in these building was having brown water in the shower, water shutdowns every week, cockroaches everywhere, etc. They made me pay for professional cleaners to come clean the apartment before leaving because they don’t let you just clean it by yourself and even with that they said it was not clean enough so I had to pay more for that, plus the painting which wasn’t even needed as well. For those reasons they said they were gonna pay me half of the deposit which is already a lot of money they took from me, and not enough the ridiculous amount they were going to pay me back, they haven’t. I am in hands of the law right now since it has been over a month but just letting everybody know they shouldn’t trust them before it’s too late.

It is very expensive for what they give you. Walls , and windows are thin, you can hear what is happening outside as well as what is happening at your neighbors above, below and next to you. They should shut down the building and work on improving their walls, windows and doors, remove that dirty carpet that has been here for almost a decade, and lower those rent. Do not get amazed by the facade, after 1 month living in your unit you will see hell.
