  This place is amazing!!! I visited my friend who lives here. This place is incredibly cheap (2k for a 500-600 large studio). Yet this is a luxury building with all the luxury building facilities with courtyard garden between floors with a super cozy atmosphere. The appliances in this building are also super new. The fan is super quiet; the fridge has tap cold water, etc. The building itself is also quiet (not facing a street; very hard to find in a busy neighborhood). The place is also all hard floor, which means it’s much easier to clean than carpeted floors. Plus, this place is also to ktown. Many popular and famous restaurants are nearby and available on uber eats/doordash. Amazing place!!!

  Beautiful new community with northern views toward the famed Hollywood sign and walking distance to USC, the space center and museums. The E-line metro can get you to Santa Monica in 30 and DTLA in 15. Emily is wonderful.

  Fantastic Tour Experience with Emily! I’m writing this review specifically about our tour experience at Coro, not as a resident review (we haven’t moved in yet, though we’re certainly considering it!). I just wanted to highlight how wonderful our tour was, largely thanks to Emily. We came in somewhat randomly, and Emily was incredibly accommodating. She took the time to show us around thoroughly and was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout the entire experience. What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was—not just about Coro’s many different floor plans (and there are quite a few!), but about the broader LA rental market as well. She knew every layout by heart and could answer our questions with real expertise. Beyond her knowledge, Emily was just lovely to work with. She was personable, kind, and made the whole experience feel very human—not like a typical sales pitch. We’d helped a friend move into Coro a few weeks prior and had a positive impression then, and Emily’s tour only reinforced that. As for the property itself, I was impressed by the diverse range of apartments, the amenities, and the natural space throughout the building. It definitely doesn’t feel cookie-cutter, which we appreciated. Again, this review is specifically about the tour experience and Emily’s excellent service as a leasing agent. I can’t speak to what it’s like living here yet, but if Emily’s warmth and professionalism are any indication of how the property is managed, I’d imagine residents are in good hands.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
