- QTQuincy TuckerJul 30, 20213.0NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY!!! The elevator breaks multiple times a month and isn’t fixed days on end so if you on the third floor and have a wheelchair, an infant, or just hauling groceries, good luck. Its only one way downstairs and if you dont have the key (because they lock the doors for whatever reason) you have to go all the way around. The washer/dryer break often too, so even if the elevator works, you may have to travel multiple floors to wash or dry, if they work. The apartments and pool are nice but the buildings old so repairs are needed often. I’d give it more stars if I wasnt walking around the block just to get grocery upstairs 😅
