  Moved in a month and a half ago - apartment had lots of issues to be fixed like doors, windows, bathtub, floors, appliances. I sent a list of things to be fixed (still don’t know why it was my job to do if I paid for the rent and a deposit upfront to receive a half broken apartment) Most of them I fixed myself and paid for it because I couldn’t even unpack cause the closet rods were BROKEN, month and a half into me living there my emails are COMPLETELY IGNORED my the management. Thank God I only rented for 7 months cause it’s impossible to live here. No one cares about the tenants except for Erika who’s hands are tied to just reminding the manager to do at least bare minimum (spoiler - they don’t do even that) Strongly recommend looking for a different place to move into unless you love being completely disrespected and ignored.

  Strongly suggest considering one of the many different apartment complexes in the area. Had 3 different property managers in less than a year staying there in 2024-2025. Management does not respond in a timely manner to inquiries by text/email/phone. Inquiries could be maintenance related, billing related, or general inquiries - it is extremely challenging to get a response much to the residents detriment. Had several situations where communication would have improved the situation but they just don't respond to their residents. Value for what you get is below market for the area - can find several different comparable apartments nearby that offer a much better value and with presumably more responsive management. Highly advise to consider other apartments, I wish I didn’t choose to live here.

  Cant wait to move into my one bedroom home it is just perfect! Kudos to Angelo the manager who was patient and really great energy the community is clean and we just feel great moving in:)
