- LDLance DelosoAug 28, 20255.0This review is for the on-site maintenance Rodney. We've run into a couple hiccups during our move in here at Binford lofts but Rodney was able to assist us with everything that broke or needed to get replaced. He's very friendly and always tries to help.

He makes sure everything in my apartment is perfect at all times, and makes sure I always have the best experience. I never have to worry or think twice about anything in my home not getting taken care of. He’s also generally just a great person to be around. Honestly, I would stay at Binford for several years just because of how great he is and I’ll probably never encounter a better maintenance experience! Also thanks to Treanna and Quan for getting me into this AMAZING loft and for being some of the coolest people you’ll ever get the chance to work with :)
