  Living in this apartment complex has been a complete nightmare. Do NOT MOVE HERE under any circumstances. During the tour, they show you one apartment, but then move you into something completely different. We were given a unit with dark, old flooring covered in scratches and paint stains, damaged and scratched kitchen cabinet fronts, and a bathroom mirror that is worn and peeling around the entire perimeter. That was only the beginning. The garbage disposal is essentially decorative. It cannot be used, yet the sink constantly clogs even when nothing is put down the drain. For three months, we dealt with a serious insect problem throughout the apartment. It became so severe that we were forced to throw away food. During heavy rain, the parking area floods. Our car was nearly damaged by rising water, and if I had not randomly gone to check on it, it could have been seriously flooded. The final and most outrageous issue is the water overcharging. Over just three months, we were charged a total of $500 for water alone. In our previous apartment complex, our average water usage was 1,000–1,500 gallons per month, with a bill of approximately $30 per month. In this complex, we are being charged around $170 per month, allegedly for 7,000 gallons of water, which is completely unrealistic for our household and far beyond our historical usage. This clearly points to a systemic issue within the complex either there are ongoing water leaks, or incorrect meter readings are being submitted to the billing company. In either case, the leasing office has shown zero interest in investigating or resolving the issue and simply continues to pass these charges onto residents. This is, without question, the worst living experience we have ever had. A clean-looking exterior hides incompetence, neglect, and a complete disregard for residents!

  Accent appartments is a great place to live. The building is well maintained, clean and amenities such as pool, gym, and dog park are very nice. My family and I have been living here for 3 years and we have to move due our daughter preschool location and our offices relocating. We will miss this place and a special shout out to Barry for always providing us with an excellence service!

  DO NOT live here. For the price, you will be able to find a much more pleasurable living situation. I lived in Accent from 9/16 to 10/17. First 3 months were great until the management was changed out. The new management killed the whole experience. I must say I feel bad for Patrick and Felipe who are honestly trying to do their best with their power-tripping, unprofessional, and childish boss, Justin. Wow you will not believe this guy. Seems nice and welcoming until you need something done or have any type of issue which is his job to resolve. All the sudden he can't hide behind his pleasant front and begins to act holier than thou and talks down to you like he's the second coming of christ. Customer service? That's a joke. Picture his only thoughts involving the bottom-line ($$) and feeling like he's the man in charge. I have even heard him talking down to his own staff members. He probably feels like he knows everything with his 5th-tier MBA. Anyways, prepare for the following if you still want to live here: (1) $50 compounding fine for putting too much trash out for the valet trash service you already pay for (2) having your guests towed from GUEST parking for visiting for too long (over the weekend?!) (3) No coffee cups in the coffee room!?! (removed, now have to bring your own mug... more cost effective lol) (4) Under no circumstances will you ever receive your deposit back (place was left impeccable and they want even more money) Lastly, guys, just read the other comments. This place only has a 3ish star rating because of the great work the previous management did. This new management has done nothing but drag the community down. Living here is like being that guy who tries to catch the falling knife haha.. don't be that guy.
