I can assure you that most of these reviews are non-residents so ignore them…
I’ve resided here for over two years, and I’ve been contemplating moving out for about half of that time. My apartment is fantastic, featuring high ceilings and a spacious balcony. However, I find myself paying an exorbitant amount for a studio apartment.
The amenities in the building are also questionable. During my first year, they refused to heat the “heated pool.” Additionally, the pool and sauna are currently undergoing construction, which means we can expect a long wait for their completion. So, be prepared for a summer without the pool or sauna. (Also to note, hot water does take a while in the shower and sink).
Furthermore, the rent will increase by $200 every year after your lease expires. It’s disheartening to note that the management seems more concerned with attracting new tenants than taking care of the current residents. For instance, the garage gate was broken for months, and apartments were being broken into. My apartment was also broken into once, although it wasn’t related to the garage gate issue.
**Management will not pick up the phone for current residents ever**. Josh has been helpful, but also they can’t keep leasing agents, so the office is always changing.
I’ve also had packages stolen, which the management has neglected to address. The relationship between the management and Amazon delivery drivers is strained.
Moreover, there are numerous illegal Airbnbs in the apartment, which makes it difficult to recognize your neighbors.
While the building can be chaotic at times, it’s also quite peaceful, especially compared to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. The residents are generally friendly, and the in-unit laundry machines are excellent.
However, the management is not on your side. When I submitted my 30-day notice, they attempted to increase my rent to an outrageous $2349 for a studio apartment. I tore up the notice and am relieved to be leaving.
There are many buildings in Hollywood that prioritize the well-being of their long-term residents, this isn’t one of them.

Great experience living here. It’s not perfect but you can’t beat combination of the price, location and amenities. I love it!

Building is dirty and worn down even though it’s not that old. The elevators are the slowest elevators you’ll ever encounter. You can hear every single thing in the units above you. You cannot get a quick response from management or maintenance. Terrible - waste of money and waste of time

Large apartments, well priced, friendly staff, and pet friendly! Would have stayed longer if I didn't end up buying a home.
