  Brand new apartment at the heart of mid city. Accessible location when you fancy being more at the central part of LA. As the building is brand new and complemented by decent amenities, great choice especially for small-size family and solo residents. The management is highly responsive and easily contacted. So far building maintenance and hygiene have been great as well!

  The team here is amazing, the maintenance manager Eric is kind and very sociable and Kenneth the leasing consultant is also very friendly and all smiles when you walk into the office. I also cannot forget the leadership behind it all the community Manager Emily is also an awesome person to work with , very communicative and helpful with certain situations. I can tell that this whole team works in harmony to get things done for this community. Not to mention as well ! That this community is super beautiful and new ! With courtyards on the the 6th floor where you can see the beautiful LA skyline! 10/10 place to live at ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Phenomenal tour experience with Emily. We toured within the first 2-3 days of opening and Emily greeted us. We toured multiple units and the communication was thorough with what was and wasn’t available. Also with moving processes. There was even a move in sheet that was handy. Also our wifi was preset + bills are combined with rent already. Hassle free and definitely recommend.

  I toured this brand-new apartment building with Paige, and she was very patient and helpful. Paige showed me multiple floor plans on different floors, even gave me a second walkthrough of a unit so I could really get a feel for living there. The building is a luxury property with plenty of amenities: a pool, EV chargers (Tesla-exclusive!), multiple rooftop decks with BBQs, a gym, and more. Completed just last month, it’s move-in ready. I had an excellent tour experience and am still exploring other options, but this building definitely stands out.
