  Horrible property management company who can only be compared to slumlords. Our rent and utilities have gone up, but we can’t get simple maintenance orders done. They leave us without hot water for days because they don’t get the correct work orders to their maintenance team. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

  I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of maintenance and overall management of this property. It has taken several months for any of my current or past work orders to be completed, and even worse, many of them were marked as “completed” four separate times despite no work ever being done. The only reason anything was finally addressed this time was because the office had to text to question me about another matter. I have multiple photos documenting my work orders, repeated complaints (four times each), and the poor upkeep of the property issues I have reported numerous times over the phone. When I first moved here, the property was well maintained. The lawn was cared for, the building was cleaned weekly, and trash was properly managed. NOW, the property is dirty 24/7. Every time I walk out of my apartment, the hallway is disgusting with trash and bugs. I also have to move other belongings just to exit through my back door. There are bags of trash left daily on the back steps, creating a constant foul odor. I pay for a designated parking space, yet I am constantly dealing with another tenant, who parks in everyone’s reserved spots every day. This is the same individual who was recently arrested for macing another neighbor, yet nothing has been done to address the ongoing issues she creates. The overall quality and management of this complex have significantly declined. I have pictures documenting the lack of upkeep, the trash, the parking violations, and the failure to enforce basic respect for shared spaces despite tenants paying for these services. I requested an email to submit these complaints formally, but I never received one. Therefore, I will be voicing my experience here.

  A lot of safety concerns in terms of just physical safety(no locks on doors and no way of telling who is on the other side of my door I have had guys enter by faking to Amazon drivers and then just random homeless people have come to my door as well) also there is mold and trash is always everywhere because people come at 4am and dumpster dive and throw everything around. The garbage isn’t picked up regularly there has been a mattress outside for months. The leasing office is also terrible. They never answer the phone and never answer questions. Just looking for ways to charge you extra. There At least 3 cars that regularly park around me that don’t even live in the building and I believe are just camping out homeless. I pay for my parking but people here are parked not even in a parking space, making it more difficult for me to park my car but I’m here paying for parking and they aren’t. It’s kind of crazy.
