  I’ve had an amazing experience living here so far. The leasing staff has been excellent—they made the entire application process incredibly smooth, even while I was abroad, which I really appreciated. The gym is a true gem: well-equipped and rarely crowded, even considering the size of the building. Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it. As with any shared building, cleanliness in common areas can vary depending on resident behavior, but management generally does a good job maintaining the facilities.

  Great place to live! Environment, amenities and atmosphere is amazing! I will def recommend my friends to move here.

  The property is so convenient and nice! Love the lounge and outdoor spaces . It’s also super nice to have a guest suite on site for friends to rent when they are in town.

  Nice place to live in theory. But the money isn’t worth it. Beautiful apartment and views, but 4200 for a two bedroom is crazy, not including utilities. The trash fluctuates every month, parking isn’t free, and when we moved out, they gave us a list of things they were potentially going to charge us for, one being a “standard cleaning fee” which is illegal, so are half of the things on the list they gave us. Read your lease before you sign and make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into. They wanted to charge us for touch up paint too (which is normal wear and tear) also illegal. I wouldn’t do it. There are cheaper places for a better experience. Not to mention this part of Hollywood is absolutely disgusting.
