Newly Renovated Bixby Hill Apartments is located in an affluent guard gated community, home to Rancho Los Alamitos, a historic site that was part of a massive Spanish land grant in 1784, and today serves as a living museum. Situated just across the street from California State Long Beach University, our apartment homes offer a variety of conveniences: minutes from dining, shopping, entertainment, the Long Beach Airport, and the 405, 605 and 22 freeways. Bixby Hill Apartments offers a variety of spacious floor plans to fit the needs of any lifestyle our one bedrooms are 1,087 to 1,145 sq ft, our two bedrooms are 1,450 to 1,566 sq ft, and our three bedrooms are 1,880 to 1,940 sq ft. Every apartment has been renovated and features designer kitchens and bath rooms, with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sinks, designer walk in closets and washer and dryers.

As time has passed things need to be fixed or updated and the maintenance team has always been helpful. However, we have had the best experience ever over the last two days with Luis. My sister and I had a few various items to be fixed and Luis came to our rescue!! He is so friendly and knowledgeable with his service and came back just to make sure everything got completed! We are so thankful for his help and for taking the time to really make sure we were satisfied with what he repaired.

At Warp Speed, he came for 2 things ... and took care of 4 things. He knew enough to not just take care of the first 2 things, but then asked what else is needed. And he started listing different systems ... all plumbing fixtures? Lighting? A/C filters? (He replaced one) Vertical blinds (we needed one slat)?
