  The staff at 1900 take customer service to the next level. My entire move in experience was 20/10. Wendy, Brendan, Cynthia and everyone else from the service team, concierge and security are top tier. I am so happy to call this place home!

  1900 ocean is a beautiful beach front community! I toured with Cynthia. She is very knowledgable about the community. I had lots of questions but she was patient, professional, and kept a smile on her face the whole time.

  Brendan has been an absolutely amazing leasing agent from start to finish. He’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and just an all-around great person to work with. From the very first interaction, he made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. He’s very social and welcoming, which makes a huge difference — you never feel like “just another tenant.” He actually takes the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable with every step. On top of being professional, Brendan is genuinely kind and approachable. It’s rare to find someone who’s both great at their job and such a nice person. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance!

  I’ve lived here about a year and absolutely love it! Everything about the site is amazing from all the amenities to the beach access the Concierge and how they love all of our pets!! Cynthia and Brendon are the kindest and most welcoming. They always greet my kids and I with “welcome home and how was your day?” There are lots of community activities and great neighbors all around. My kids love it here and love how close they are the beach and a few parks. The only thing I would to see is a Sauna and maybe a cold plunge added but the Gym and the jacuzzi are phenomenal. Did I mention the sunsets oh yeah amazing sunsets!! And the summer beach club parties with Ritchie are the best!!
