  Great experience at Mill Springs Apartments, largely thanks to the maintenance team. Myke and Freddy are always quick to respond, professional, and get the job done right the first time. Their reliability and positive attitude make a big difference, truly appreciate their hard work!

  I love this property, it is so lush and beautiful!!! It’s a quiet and nice community. I love all the places to go within walking distance. Right in downtown so much fun stuff to do, including one of my personal fav spots- Sauced!!. It’s a clean and well maintained place also. Staff is super friendly, helpful and just all around good people!

  Both Hailee and daisy have been so helpful to me as I didn’t know anything about apartment renting. Hailee clearly explained the whole process and showed me several apartments and allowed me to make changes. You are both very friendly and take the time to listen to me which is a BIG deal! I just love you both!

  We've just settled into Mill Springs Park and are thoroughly impressed. Your team, especially Hailee, made our move seamless with their exceptional assistance. Darren and Daisy were also very welcoming. Plus, the location near downtown and work is ideal!

  I lived in Mill Springs several years ago (2 year resident). I loved the location, the layout and maintenance team. However, I really disliked the lack of parking. If you have 2 cars, depending what time you get home, it can be challenging to find parking. FYI: If you're able, lease the apartment during off season, its probably atleast $800 price difference per month (last time I looked it was around $2,600/month off season for luxury 2 bed, but now over $3,400/month which is crazy.) Also, live on 3rd floor, higher ceilings and you dont have neighbor above you. Overall, probably best location to rent in downtown Livermore.
