  From the very first moment we stepped into Villa Palms, we felt something we hadn’t felt anywhere else — comfort, warmth, and a true sense of home. Finding a place to live can be overwhelming, but Villa Palms made the entire experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely caring. One of the things that touched us the most is how pet-friendly this community is. Knowing our furry family is just as welcome as we are made our decision feel right from the start. The grounds are clean, peaceful, and taken care of with pride — you can feel the love in the environment. I want to give a very special thank-you to Sydneigh. She didn’t just help us — she guided us with kindness in every step. She answered all our questions with so much patience, and her sweet smile truly made us feel safe and understood. You can tell she loves what she does, because she makes people feel important. We are so grateful for her. And Jason — his attentiveness means more than words can say. Any time we needed something, he was right there, ready to help, making sure we felt supported. Having someone who cares about residents on a personal level brings so much peace and comfort. Villa Palms isn’t just an apartment complex. It’s a home. A community. A place filled with kindness, care, and people who make you feel like you belong the moment you walk through the door. We’re incredibly thankful to be here

  We moved here 2 months ago and we love it — manager Rafael was very helpfull with our move in process and the maintenance guy Jason is very responsive — I love living here

  Raised our rent $1500 when we moved to a month to month lease!!! From $2100 to $3600 (more than 70% increase) a month!! When we initially signed a 6 month lease we understood that if we moved to “month to month” at the end of the lease term the rent would go up. The property manager had said it could be “as much as $300-$400.” I understand that’s how the business works and because we really weren’t sure about how long we would need to stay (while remodeling our house), we agreed. Months later, I went to extend for one more month, the rate had gone up $1500!!!! Management said that was the number from corporate and she couldn’t change it...we had to agree for one more month because our remodeled house still didn’t have electricity or water. And so we paid it. Seems like extortion. The experience of actually living at Villa Palms was quite pleasant. Yash was always friendly and helpful. Jason was also always available in a timely and helpful manner. The landscaping is pretty, the pool is very nice. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. The location is convenient. In conclusion, Villa Palms is pretty nice. DO NOT do a month to month lease. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. From $2100 to $3600 in one month? Disgusting.

  I have never met a more kind and genuine management team at an apartment community. Pastora and Jason do everything they can to serve this community, always going above and beyond anything I would ever expect, while never showing an ounce of hesitation. In fact, when my husband and I were looking for a place to live, Jason welcomed us in on a Saturday when the management office was closed and took time to talk to us about living at Villa Palms. These two truly are some of the most selfless and caring people. One of my favorite things to do is stop by the management office to say hi to Pastora and Jason and grab a cup of coffee at their coffee station. I have never been able to call an apartment "home," but living here really does feel like home. Villa Palms has been an amazing first place for my husband and I to call home as newlyweds.
