George is the absolute best and friendliest. He is very professional, prompt and was great at communicating the entire time we had things that needed looking at from start to finish. He's by far my favorite maintenance guy ever!

This is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever witnessed. As of 2025, I would stay as far away from this apartment complex as you can get. They force you to pay for your entire building's usage of water, sewage, and trash regardless of if you use little that month or not which ends up being a substantial amount (don't think this is legal, but they do it anyway). They increase your monthly charges by the maximum legal amount every year, and they don't even fix your maintenance concerns. They instead just push the blame on their regional manager who they say never gets back with them on any of these issues. I am not the only one here who complains either. There are people in the office complaining all the time. They are in the business of extorting and neglecting.

As of 2025, I believe they extort you on water, sewage, and trash by overcharging you massively. They make you pay for the whole building's usage regardless of what you use individually, and its a substantial amount. For example, last month I was charged over $300 for 2 occupants on the lease, even though only one lived there for the whole month. Their units have multiple people that live in each one even though they aren't on the lease which makes you have to pay for their water usage.

Ever since the new ownership took over at the end of 2024, they painted the buildings and front door a different color and then sent out a letter to everybody that they must pay for their water, sewage, and trash. The problem with that is they don't have individual meters so you have to pay for your entire building's usage split by how many occupants you have. A lot of their units are filled with people who aren't actually on the lease, and you have to pay for their water usage. I only have 2 people on my lease, but only 1 person lived here, and they just charged me $311 for last month for water, sewage, and trash. They use a sprinkler system which I believe they are making us pay for which isn't legal. They will increase your monthly charges the maximum legal amount whenever they can and sometimes I believe they even charge you more than that with water, sewage, and trash. The name of the 3rd party involved in the charges of water, sewage, and trash is called Conservice, and I believe the apartment complex owners are profiting off of the monthly charges of water, sewage, and trash (which is illegal). When you go to the leasing office to address any issues, you are met with an office that doesn't know much of anything and they blame it on their new boss who they say never gets back with them on any issues that may arise that needs approval to fix. This is a common tactic that is used to delay or even neglect any financial responsibilities they have to fix your maintenance concerns. I have had an issue with my A/C condenser for over 9 months now where it will short circuit and blow out heat to about 90 degrees even though its set on 'cool' and on 73 degrees and it won't stop until i turn it off manually. This actually happened once at about 3 a.m. and I woke up drenched in sweat. On top of that it has a visible coolant leak on the condenser near the electrical wires and it sits right outside my bedroom window. This makes the unit very inefficient in the summer time and makes your electric bill skyrocket. They sent out someone to do a quote, but management said it was too much so they ended up getting 3 more quotes who all said it needed replaced and quoted at the same amount, but management refuses to address it anyway, and the quotes started over 90 days ago. They essentially neglected it all summer long during the most important months, and I lived in constant fear and still do that there will be an electrical short circuit that starts a fire while i sleep. I am in constant communication with the leasing office who keep blaming things on the lack of communication from the regional manager, and they continue to ignore the issues. I would stay far away from this place if you value your money or mental health.

I would stay away from this complex. The new ownership that took over at the end of 2024 does not care about you, and won't fix any maintenance issues you may have. They also over charge you for water, sewage, and trash. They don't have individual meters so you have to pay for your whole building's usage of water, sewage, and trash regardless of how little you use. Each one of the building units could have multiple people living in each one who aren't actually on the lease so you have to pay for their usage rather than them paying for it. They charged me over $300 for the month even though only one person lived here. They fail to provide you a detailed breakdown of the total charges and how they divided it up, and I believe they are making use pay for their sprinkler system usage of water as well. I believe they are profiting off of water, sewage, and trash which is illegal, but nobody seems to do anything about it. I would stay far away from this place.
