  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience with Darren I had an excellent experience touring an apartment with Darren, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how professional, patient, and attentive he was throughout the entire process. As a parent touring for my kids & I, it meant a lot to have a property manager who was not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and understanding of our needs as a family. Darren took the time to thoroughly walk us through the apartment, clearly explaining the features, layout, and amenities, and he made sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. He was very respectful, friendly, and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. He also did a great job highlighting aspects of the property that would be especially beneficial for a family, which showed that he truly listens and cares. What stood out most was Darren’s professionalism combined with his warm personality. He created a welcoming and comfortable environment during the tour, making the experience feel smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants residents to feel confident and happy in their decision. I highly recommend Darren to anyone looking for a place to call home—especially families. He made a potentially overwhelming process feel positive and reassuring, and that speaks volumes about the level of service he provides.

  Property is amazingly managed and designed floor plans. Daisy was very patient while taking us through all the available options and explaining policies and applicable charges.

  Mill springs is a beautiful apartment complex and getting a tour was so easy! Daisy did a great job showing us around all the available units and explaining all the amenities. We also love how pet friendly this place is! And anytime we had any questions during the application process Daisy or Darren were very prompt and helpful! We just got the keys and did the final walk through today, my boyfriend and I are so excited to start moving in! Thank you!
