  Ageno makes you feel like a celebrity in Beverly Hills. It's super exclusive with ultra modern design and architecture. Rooms are enormous with high ceilings. The gym is huge with tons of state of the art machines. Every inch of the property is spotless and flawless. They have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. All staff very professional friendly and accommodating.. They accepted my service animal with open arms and he loves to go walking at the beautiful Park. In the evening everybody is walking their dogs outside and it's just really fun to see my dog making friends. Within an hour of my maintenance request the very professional maintenance person had it working perfectly. I asked what tool he used and he took the time to show me the allen wrench and explained how he fixed it.

  I would give five stars because I am appreciative of the staff when it came to breaking my lease and doing the whole lease buyout due to reasons out of my control. The process was smooth for that. I’ve lived here for 5 years and 2 months and it’s been good. But I have to dock two stars because it’s been 30 days and I unfortunately still haven’t gotten an itemized statement regarding deposit. I really don’t care about the deposit. I just want to know IF I owe any final charges. I do NOT want to end up in collections. I will change it to five stars once that happens. EDIT: I changed to four stars after having a good conversation with management. I will change it to 5 stars once i do receive the statement.

  Since I moved here to Ageno Apartments, this year. I couldn’t be more happier with my apartment, and amenities that come with it. I love the club house -surrounding Community as well, and though I haven’t tried out the awesome Weight room and swimming pool yet. Thank you Mika, who works in the leasing Office, for making me feel so welcomed here, and valued as a resident. Thank you again Mika

  I recently moved into Ageno apartaments , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained, and everything about the move-in process went smoothly. I especially want to thank Tamika from the leasing office. she has been absolutely amazing! From the very first day, she was patient, kind, and always willing to answer every question we had. She made the whole process stress-free and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents the way Tamika does. Because of her help and the great atmosphere here, I’m really happy I chose this place to call home
