Allie from the staff was especially helpful—she was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I felt well taken care of. The community is quiet, well kept, and in a convenient location. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this apartment community.
- CDChristine DanielsJan 28, 20263.0The staff here is amazing. They make sure tenants are well supported and taken care of. The grounds are well kept and maintenance requests are handled promptly. There are three things so far that I have issue with. 1. Why is a 3 bedroom apt only allowed one parking space. Most people who rent a 3 bedroom are a 2 adult household with 2 cars. I think it is unfair that we will have to pay $75 a month for an extra parking space. It is not cheap to live here and that added expense does not seem fair when a 2 car household is the norm. 2. Most apartment complexes that have a recreation room make the room available to tenants for a refundable deposit If the room is left clean and undamaged. I feel $100 per hour is exorbitant and will eliminate a lot of tennants being able to enjoy that facility. 3. My last question is why isn’t there a family section of apts for people who have kids? I am a retired person with no kids. The tenants who moved above me have kids who run from morning til night. I don’t complain because kids should be allowed to enjoy their home. I just feel that people who do not have kids should be able to have peace and quiet too. If there was a family section people with kids would live among others in the same situation. I have enjoyed living here and these are just the things that make me go hmmmm.
