  Clint Taylor is an excellent manager. So far, his leadership and management of our community have been outstanding. He is professional, attentive, and proactive, and we are very pleased with the direction and care he brings to our community.

  Horrible company. I have paid all my association dues with receipts. And they still have charged me over 300$. I had to go my bank and get even more receipts and proof that they have been paid. Horrible service. I have been dealing with this crappy company for over a year. Emails phone calls nothing this company is Horrible. I wouldn't let them run lawn mower,let alone HOA. Just Horrible.

  Please save yourselves and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I would really like to give negative stars. Our HOA wasn't managed the best previously but we started to recover and now PCM has run our HOA into the ground with their terrible service and advice. They downplay issues that have been reported so our Board of Directors don't realize how significant some damage may be, if they even tell them at all. We have been trying to pass a special assessment to address significant leaking of our very old roofs and they have no sense of urgency in helping the HOA to achieve this. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Every time I ask about something, they are very vague and when I ask for more specifics they take another week or more to respond, if at all, especially when you are dealing with something that needs to be addressed. The last time I left a review, they asked me to reach out to their customer service via email. Their resolve was to open a new work order for my issue which was then closed by our property manager stating the issue was being addressed (PCM, please do not ask me to email your customer service again. I asked for someone to call me and no one did. And your attempt at a resolve did NOTHING). They nickel and dime you for everything and have depleted our reserves. My personal property management company manages another property that uses this company for their HOA property management company and says they have similar issues with that property because of them so I know it is not just our community. My hope in writing this is that it will save another community from going through what my community is currently dealing with. I am urging my community to fire this company ASAP.

  They don’t answer to your emails. Took more than 4 months to get an answer after emailing them 6 times.

  We live in Orchard Hills, which is supposed to be a high-end community, but the experience with the HOA management has been extremely disappointing. We rented the clubhouse for our baby girl’s birthday, expecting at least a decent space with some amenities. Instead, it was a completely empty room with just chairs — no features, on top of it the bathrooms were dirty left over for lunch was left in the kitchen We rented this club house before this management came everything went well We paid $400 just to rent this bare space, and on top of that, they charged us a $1,000 deposit on August 15, which still hasn’t been refunded after months of waiting. In total, they’ve taken $1,400 for what was essentially an empty, poorly maintained clubhouse. For a community like Orchard Hills, this level of management and customer service is completely unacceptable. They took the deposit and never return it back they said they want to charge us 350 from deposit for a spot cleaning in the carpet and till now we didn’t receive anything
