  I had the pleasure of working with Anthony, the manager, during my apartment search. He’s been incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and going above and beyond to assist me. I actually met Anthony about a year ago at another apartment complex, and he was just as helpful there as well. His dedication and professionalism really stand out, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his tenants. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a great experience!

  I’ve been at the esplanade the last year and a half at this point, and the building has had everything that I needed and was looking for (ac/heater included, laundry facilities on site, gated parking). But what has really stood out has been the resident property manager, Anthony. Being a lifelong renter, I know first hand how a property manager can make or break the place, and Anthony has only moved the needle in the positive direction. I had to recently travel internationally for 11 weeks, and during that time Anthony kept a watch over my apartment. He helped move packages and mail into my apartment, took care of any maintenance tasks, and kept a look over my car that I had left in the parking lot. I came back to find everything in pristine condition, and the requests completed exactly as instructed. All this while, Anthony kept me in the loop via calls and emails. His communication skills, attitude in dealing with residents, and response times have been nothing short of perfect. I know that for as long as Anthony is the manager for this property, I will be STRONGLY inclined to keep staying here. You will be in great hands with him, just like I am.
