  Went for a tour, at first Anna gave us a great tour and made everything seem so wonderful. we have rented in the last five years in OC and Long Beach with no issues. We paid the application fees and were told there was an issue with a credit report that was not even accurate. It was from a previous residence in Orange County that had terrible service and had in proper documentation of our record. We tried to explain the situation, but they said they only take what their third-party says, and don’t do any investigation themselves. Once it came up that we were denied their attitude completely changed and weren’t even trying to work out any explanation or hear us out it was just you got denied. You’re not worthy of living here vibes. The e Experian report from the third-party rent grow was not accurate. Provided no information and completely denied our whole application for all members. And now, after reading about the recent reviews from the new management and how awful they have been to their residence, I’m glad we got denied. It was a sign.

  We just renewed our lease with Pointe Niguel! Our first year here has been great. Maintenance is so kind and also very quick and responsive to requests. We have quite a few requests over our time here to be honest but they are so responsive that it’s not really a big deal. Everyone in the front office is very helpful and nice as well. They recently added an annoying AI attendant when calling the office which is not my favorite. They do bulky item pick up frequently and for the most part, the grounds are well maintained. Thank you Pointe Niguel maintenance and office teams! We’re excited for another year in our home.
