  I moved here a month ago and was very happy with everything until today. The most ridiculous thing happened just an hour ago. My parents are visiting me and they parked in the spot next to mine (which by the way is always empty!) b/c the 5 guest parking spots for the entire complex that has over 300 units were of course full! We were keeping an eye out so that we can move it as soon as possible, and literally a half hour later, we noticed that my dad‘s car was gone, and there was another car there. We couldn’t find the owner of the apartment so I called the office which are of course closed and the after hours person was of no help whatsoever, and they had no information of how I can find my dad’s car. Mind you it’s a brand new Toyota RAV4 that he barely bought a few months ago, and it was the first brand new car that he was ever able to buy. I left a note on the car with my number. We were scared out of our mind! Thank God, my dad had put a gps chip in the car and we saw that it was towed all the way to lake forest. We had to pay $575!! We were gone for like 45 minutes to get the car and when we got back, that same car that called towing was gone! Really? They are going to call to get our car towed when it was barely there for a half hour instead of leaving a note, honk, something!!! And for the short time we went to get our car, you leave your spot anyways! The first night I moved here, I arrived late at night, I left for 10 minutes to get something to eat, and came back and someone parked in my spot. I called the office and of course no one answered. So I just left a note telling them to move their car, didn’t take any drastic measures to call towing on someone’s car in the middle of the night! I had to park in that same spot where my dad parked today and got his car towed, so that’s ok if that happens??? for someone to park in my spot and imagine my car got towed because I parked in the same spot since I couldn’t park in my own spot! Because I was actually trying to be nice and not get someone‘s car towed away and get them scared out of their mind. And the apartment has no number to reach or any information of how to get the car back. Or a process of at least putting a warning sign or something before towing it right away!! That is ridiculous!!! And There is no one to contact when this happens! I know they gave me a sheet with phone numbers on their including the towing company but what if someone losses that or thought their car got stolen like we thought ours did?? There should be an after hour manager or someone to contact in situations like this!! My old apartment used to have a night manager we can call and they leave a warning sign on the car first! This is terrible!!! I still can’t believe this happened!! I wish I can sue you guys!

  The gym equipment was broken 6 months ago . I have asked the manager 4 times- nothing. I do not recommend this community.
