- HDHuda DOct 27, 20251.0Most unorganized and suspicious apartment I've ever applied to. Don't waste your time with applying!! They do not honor their own policies or the pricing listed at the time of your application. Instead, they’ll present you with a completely different (and higher) rate, which they continue to increase as they drag out the application and move-in process. The staff consistently acted confused or unaware, offering no real explanations other than, “Oops, I was looking at an inaccurate price.” There’s zero accountability or urgency to resolve issues. They refuse to promptly refund deposits or application fees, even when they clearly violate their own policies. Every attempt to get a resolution is met with vague promises to “check with the regional manager,” who apparently is never available. After wasting over two weeks on the application/ 'move in' back and forth communication, I have still not receiving my refund so now am I not only without housing but also out the money I paid. They barely agreed to a partial refund and by mail only with will be sent in 21 days (if that). Housing is a serious matter, and their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Very sketchy organization!
