- HGHenry GerardMar 11, 20264.0The tour was very useful and the facility is excellent. However, given the opportunity to complain: I found the online Application Form horribly difficult to use. I've lived in my own house for 50 years and never before had 'the pleasure' of using a rental App! I know that my credit is excellent, but don't have much trust in third-party financial 'examiners'. I spent hours entering my past employment experiences into the APP, and then was asked for my SSN. For personal security, I NEVER distribute more than 4 SSN digits! Well, I couldn't SAVE my work, to create a draft, w/o filling in ALL the boxes. Result: my session 'timed-out' before I could figure out how to save a working copy ... I lost all my work! Frustrating; but a call to the Property Manager did help me find a work-around that allowed me to redo my earlier work, and save it as a draft! (I'm 83 years old, and tech savvy, but the FountainGlen Application form is not as user-freindly as they claim.) I highly recommend what I saw at FountainGlen, and hope that the pleasure of living there will justify the difficulty in filling out the 'paperwork'.
