  Amy Mosley contributed effective organization, high motivation, great effort, and superb communications to prepare, list, and sell my condo in much less time than expected for $15,000 over the asking price. Truly a great realtor with sound advice on preparing the unit for sale, selection of initial price, and a modest reduction (that was recouped by the strong winning offer), and negotiating strategy with buyer agents. Her assistants were very helpful in getting the unit on the market in a timely manner and then following through to support a short escrow. A 5-star effort and result for me. Thank You, Amy Mosley
