  Apartment community is nice and quiet. Great location. Amenities … really not many. Remodeled units but you can tell some of the remodel was done cheaply. But location is great and neighbors are super nice.

  I have been living here for 5 years now, and I love it. This place is perfect for me because the location is prime. Walking distance to three different groceries stores, boutiques clothes and specialty shops, less than a 10 minutes leisurely walk to BART, good restaurants and cafes, two drug stores, several banks, and tons of nail and hair salons all within a one mile radius of the center of Lafayette. Lafayette is a nice bedroom community, which I feel safe here. The police department is so responsive. For instance, when I lost my ID in town. Someone returned it to the Lafayette police station; the policeman took it to the Town Center office manager, and my ID was returned to me within two days! What I like about Town Center Apartments is the office manager Claudia, and the very responsive and considerate maintenance staff Dave and Miguel. They are all professional, friendly, responsive, efficient, and reasonable. They take good care of maintaining the apartment complex and grounds. The office has limited open office hours, but eventually they will get back with you in a timely manner. The apartment features I like about this place is that it is gated and apartment complex appearance is well kept, secured gated covered parking, nice spacious floor layouts, central heating and air conditioning, communal gym with updated equipment, a community room, outdoor patio and BBQ areas, lots of trees and a near by Happy Valley Creek, and the super short walk to BART.
