  kids screaming & banging all day/night, kids running through the parking lot & honking car horn repeatedly, their parents who refuse to take accountability for their children. psychotic residents that will call the police and make false reports (yes, the police have actually apologized to us multiple times). parking is horrendous because many people have more than 1 car, but there’s only 1 assigned spot & nothing additional. one resident illegally parks in a handicap space, deeming that “her” space somehow without tags. management does nothing unless you complain about smoking, which is ironic that the residents who complain about smoking ARE the ones smoking. we had to ask Kristy in management to stop all interactions with us due to making accusations without listening to both sides when we first moved in & for making us feel uncomfortable, she texted my partner talking shit about him without realizing that she was texting him. unprofessional in many regards. also don't expect maintenance to do any actual work unless it’s weekly leaf blowing, power washing the stairs, or cleaning the pool you most likely won’t use since it doesn’t get hot enough. if they come do a job (at the end of the day), they’ll leave 5 minutes after & say they need management to order a piece & will reschedule but then no one ever follows up. We’ve had a broken window that maintenance broke themselves & it has yet to be replaced. Not surprised since their renovations are half-assed, paint peeling, trim has a gap below it, window screens half hanging off the track when we moved in, yet it was a new reno? Walls/floor/ceiling very thin, like hear conversations from all your neighbors thin. Then, the usual dogs barking, smells of cat litter in the halls. Laundry is $2.50-$3 to wash & $2.25 to dry, only 3 washers/3 dryers for 35 units. expect others to leave their clothes for hours in machines so you're unable to do laundry. most times your laundry comes out dirtier than before washing it. I would avoid this place if possible if you value your sanity.

  This has easily been the worst place I’ve live in my entire life. The Morgan trumps living in low income housing in San Francisco. Awful. The neighbors are straight out of a Steven king novel. The constant noise and screaming almost seems intentional at this point. After talking with neighbors and property managers they refused to reason or address our noise complaints. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING HERE.
