- HOHooge OlveraOct 29, 20255.0I'm fairly new to The Reserve. Just a few months in. During the move in process I had a couple of maintenance requests. Darius contacted me to schedule the repairs. He is the model of professionalism. Punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, polite, patient, I can go on. Darius kept me updated throughout the repair process and even took a repair video. This level of service is hard to come by these days. It gave me complete peace of mind. Us residents at The Reserve are lucky to have a maintenance tech like Darius. Thank you, Eddie O.

I’ve been told by other tenants that there is new management here and it’s been good. The property manager Liz, is very responsive to my text and is always very professional. Overall, great experience.

Whatever issues we’ve had she has handled them in a timely manner. Liz made sure to give us a very detailed walkthrough of the complex and explained how everything worked. She is really good and my family and I are so happy with this place!
- SFSamantha FavilaApr 7, 20251.0Lived here for 6 months, broke my lease to move out of state for a job relocation, however i would've moved after my lease was over in July anyway. The building falls apart when it rains, the carpet in the hallways look like a murder was committed-always dirty and disgusting, management takes forever to respond, call box worked maybe half the time, stolen packages, broken heater during the coldest week of the winter, only to get it fixed days after the coldest week ended lol. Just alot of miss management, and the day i moved out the elevator broke, and the management company changed. No clue how i'll be getting my deposit back since the website no longer works and its impossible to get in touch with anyone. Save your money. $2600 for a one bedroom and no amenities is a joke anyway.
