- TGTyrone GamesOct 15, 20255.0Today on Oct 15th 2025, Mr. Greg helped me with my car and saved me so much trouble that I couldn’t even begin to understand until after everything was said and done. Starting around 10am, I was leaving my home to get food when my car wouldn’t turn over or start. At the time I was thinking it was an easy fix. After a while Mr.Greg came back over and offered help and wanted to give me a jump, this jump would allow me to get to autozone, have them charge my battery and be on about my day. After the successful jump my power steering wouldn’t engage. After a while I go ask Mr. Greg again for help. He gave me the solution and problem, and said “It’s either two problems your alternator or battery and you can check it by disconnecting the negative terminal and if it still running then it’s the battery. Fast forward I follow his instruction and it was indicating the battery but I still couldn’t drive the car. I did research and found that I needed to reset my computer to reengage the power steering because it’s electric and doesn’t uses fuses. I disconnect the battery and reconnect it and boom it works. After traveling to auto zone I’ve learned crucial details like my battery was faulty and alternator was good so I couldn’t help but to reflect on how Mr.Greg save me! One, Mr. Greg gave me a jumpstart so that I can start to work on my car and see what was wrong. Two, he knew the battery was the issue but we didn’t know what about it. Three, he told me to turn off as many electric components as possible to see if the alternator would supply power to the power steering so I can drive it. Four, had not Mr.Greg stopped to help when he did I would’ve removed my battery and taken it to autozone for them to charge a faulty battery. You see my battery CCA wasn’t high enough to start the car so recharging it wouldn’t have helped at all. I needed a new battery. He saved me from that trouble. Literally so much help from Mr. Greg and if I could give a higher rating I would!
