    Harland Property Management is a great company! They will work hard for you and are very responsive. Kayvon has done a great job putting together a team of great people. I spent the last year working with Devon and Russell who were very responsive and went above and beyond for me all the time. Devon did a great job guiding me through the process and always had my back lending great advice and managing all aspects of my property. She is great at what she does and I highly recommend you ask for her to assist with your property. When it came time to fix my place up Berenice made sure it looked just as it did at move in. I have decided to sell my house but If I had to do It all over again I would select this dream team again and again!

    I have been a client of Harland Management since 2024, and my experience was truly defined by the outstanding support I received from two individuals: Devon and Russell. The ultimate test came in mid-2025 when my rental unit suffered major water damage from a leak in the unit above. From the outset, Devon took complete charge. He managed the entire, complex insurance claims process, ensuring a fair settlement. His advocacy didn’t stop there; he proactively advised me and even personally drafted a formal demand letter to seek recovery from the at-fault owner upstairs. While that claim did not move forward, Devon’s determination to fight for my interests was deeply appreciated. Simultaneously, Russell provided irreplaceable support. While I was located in a county where many websites are blocked and unable to access the management system, he helped me and solved my HOA payment issue. Furthermore, especially during tax season, Russell was incredibly patient and helpful. He personally ran detailed income and expense reports for my unit multiple times, and thoroughly answered all my questions about the data. This was crucial for my financial planning and compliance. Together, Devon and Russell turned a potentially overwhelming disaster into a seamlessly managed process. Devon protected my asset on the ground, while Russell ensured I had the access and information I needed from afar. Their combined efforts—covering crisis management, relentless advocacy, technical support, and meticulous financial reporting—gave me complete peace of mind during a very stressful time. This level of coordinated, professional, and genuinely caring service is exceptional. I cannot recommend Harland Management highly enough, thanks to professionals like Devon and Russell.     I am currently living under a property managed by Harland. Old management was words better, as Harland is money hungry and will always put profit first. They will have tours set up in your home BEFORE you move out so there is no gap in profit for them. Mind you, the complex i rent is infested with COCKROACHES and they have done little to fix the problem (but don’t mind raising rent!) They have done zero renovations but have raised the rent over 5%. I have heard management lie to tenants about why units are vacant, saying it’s due to unpaid rent and evictions. The reality? Nobody wants to live in a less than 409 square foot box infested with cockroaches for 2k a month, lol! Horrible ethics, and horrible attitudes.

    Fantastic property management company. Maintenance request were handled swifty and efficiently. I enjoyed being able to do almost everything thru their app including setting up my rent on auto pay so I never had to worry about it! Carrissa, Devon, Tyler, and Luke were all extremely friendly and made the move in and out process extremely easy!
