I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then I mentioned the price guarantee on their website where you if find a company that is offering you a better price, they will match it. As soon as I did that, they told me I was harassing them and to go with the other company. These people are a joke. The one woman with a man’s name Devon and Kayvon are jokes. I can’t imagine these people are actually making a living off property management. I just decided to do it myself. More money for me. There’s no point of having a guarantee if you’re not going to honor it what a shady company. I wouldn’t be surprised if they respond to this so when and if they do, I will make an edited reply. Let’s see how professional they actually are. Then my point will be made even more clear.
