A lot of folks decorate for holidays, there are clubs in the community center, like the women's red hat club, etc. The place is a bit slummy at times with construction updates all over, and trying to keep pests like roaches out. Just like most living areas, they want your money, and more annually to keep up with renovations, but are they really bettering the living conditions for all?

My grandma had to move out due to My grandpa her husband passing away and they had zero sympathy and made the move out process hard as the lease signing was coming up….. raising the rent yearly with people on a fixed income and taking advantage of them at their most vulnerable is just outrageous… not to mention she lived there over 20 years and maintaince was never there to fix issues or do repairs over priced if you ask me for no security or maintenance
- JMJon McqueAug 5, 20252.0The apartments are a dive , no dishwasher, have to flush toilet 4&5 times after each use, yard care is only faire , as best, diposal works very poor at best, outside amenities ( golf etc ) are ok pool is fair but not heated. Tow happy tow co tows without verification
