A lot of folks decorate for holidays, there are clubs in the community center, like the women's red hat club, etc. The place is a bit slummy at times with construction updates all over, and trying to keep pests like roaches out. Just like most living areas, they want your money, and more annually to keep up with renovations, but are they really bettering the living conditions for all?
