  I showed up unannounced (with no appointment) late afternoon to look at what was available in a 1 bedroom apartment. I was promptly greeted by a gentleman named Terry who offered me a water and brochure and referred me to Cheryle who was finishing with a client. She explained the property in detail, showed me several units and answered all of my questions with a smile. Although it was closing time she never rushed me or made me feel like she needed to end the consultation. A great first experience with Volar!

  I had an excellent experience working with Cheryle, the leasing agent. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was scheduling a tour, explaining lease details, or following up promptly, Cheryle consistently showed a high level of care and dedication. Great customer service can be hard to find, but Cheryle truly delivers. She made me feel valued as a prospective resident, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new place.

  Cheryle helped us today at Volar Apartments in Irvine and made everything really easy for us. She was super nice, patient, and answered all our questions. We were able to do all our paperwork, sign everything, get our keys, and even get a tour of our new home all in the same day. We’re really excited about our new place. Thank you, Cheryle.
