The WeWork staff has always been super helpful, ensuring the space is organized and clean, all the beverage stations are always refilled, and packages are managed well. They host fun community activities twice a week, providing unique opportunities to network with others while getting refreshed.

But I can tell you parking is $20 a day and do not know any other alternatives because that would entail the front desk giving any sort of feedback other than I am not “forced” to park in their parking garage.

The building itself is beautiful — modern, bright, and perfectly located right across from Irvine Spectrum. The office layouts are clean and professional, with tons of natural light and thoughtfully designed common areas that make working here a great experience. The Community Team is always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything you need. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and connected. Between the weekly events, great amenities, and the overall energy of the space, it’s easily one of the best places to work in Orange County. Highly recommend!
