- JFJulie FeenstraNov 14, 20255.0After submitting an interest for affordable apt homes in Irvine at Volar I was contacted via text by Cheryle. She graciously invited me to tour the upcoming new community. I invited a friend to join me and Eloise greeted us both w a welcoming smile. Before the tour we were both given a beautifully designed packet that outlined and showed all of the different sizes of apts, amenities, parking, etc. Eloise showed us a model of one of their 3 bedrooms. The home seemed to welcome us in as we entered and walked into the large living room, kitchen. The wood flooring was warm and inviting and the windows through out made it feel even bigger than the actual square footing. An open concept w all brand new lighting, blinds in every room, washer, dryer, and small marble island right off the kitchen. Also my favorite was if u like the “sun” the windows offered all of the outside trees and nature you may enjoy. All bedrooms also had very nice carpeting. I felt as if we had been blessed w the Best Tour Guide Ever in Eloise ! Construction is not yet done but she knew the homes inside and out. And actually was excited to share all of the extra “perks” this fabulous upcoming community would offer all age groups. Eloise was simply fantastic as she answered the many questions I had w enthusiasm, professionalism, and most importantly she was so very respectful and kind.
