But there were safety issues I faced during my stay there. The community is open to public and I have had personal experiences myself when intruder walked in and randomly started shouting at us. I had my brand new bike stolen that was kept tied to the pillar in the parking area. The management had access to cctv footage but refuses to look closely since they were afraid another resident might have taken it and it wouldnt have looked good on them. I was very disappointed since it was stolen 5 days after buying.

The equipment quality is not great, there are only two treadmills and one wasn’t working, the benches feel loose and shaky, and the dumbbell section is limited to single dumbbells (no matching pairs), which makes workouts inconvenient. What’s more frustrating is that this has been brought up multiple times , requests were raised and staff were informed, but the issues still haven’t been fixed. Overall, the gym doesn’t match the standard you’d expect for a community like this.

We returned the apartment clean with no damage to the walls, yet we were still charged for painting, carpet cleaning. Expecting tenants to return an apartment looking freshly painted is unreasonable. The only positive aspect of this property is its location.
