Overall, I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in a walkable and safe neighborhood or students at UCI. Walkable distance to UCI campus and grocery stores within two minutes walk. A lot of senior residents live here because of the convenience and safety, and that makes this place very quiet! Love my experience here.
