Edit: notice how they look you up beforehand. It's a scare tactic they use to not renew your lease. Clearly they should realize this is a resident because I posted a video of their dog poop covered hallways.
Also notice how they have no response to the EV charger problem.
Also the alarms going off every night for 2 weeks was not an emergency. You even admitted it was an error with the alarm system. You need to stop lying about everything.
This place should be a lovely place to live but the problem is management and poor enforcement of rules.
Management does nothing about the MANY residents who are selfish jerks.
1. Animal urine and feces in elevators is a common sight.
2. The building offers "free" electric vehicle charging but does nothing to enforce the fact that people use it as guest vehicle spots where MANY cars are commonly parked for the entire weekend fully charged but then when you complain the manager Lamont claims they can't do anything about it.
3. Fire alarms are CONSTANTLY going off. This isn't just the yearly testing this is a massive problem with the building.
Highly encourage you to look elsewhere to live if you want to be comfortable.

Mark was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He gave us a tour and immediately made us feel comfortable and genuinely excited about the possibility of living there. He was incredibly detail-oriented and took his time explaining everything thoroughly, answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.
By the time we got back to our car, we looked at each other and said, “We want to move here.” That’s how confident and excited he made us feel. We’re so happy we chose to move here, and working with Mark truly made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re touring! :)

Avoid this place.
We gave proper 30-day notice, moved out on time, and provided forwarding information. After move-out, we were sent to collections for $1,800+, even though the property actually owed us money ($4k+).
After extensive disputes, they eventually sent us a refund of about $4,000, confirming the collections attempt was unjustified. The one charge they refused to reverse was a pet urine damage fee, despite the fact that we never owned or brought any pets into the unit. The only documentation supporting this charge was dated two weeks after we moved out, which makes the claim highly questionable.
Throughout our tenancy, billing issues were common. We were charged twice for one month due to their system error, and in another month we were charged late fees despite having autopay enabled. Those late fees were never refunded.
They also attempted to charge around $6,000 for water damage while ignoring our insurance company for months. Instead of coordinating with insurance, they tried to bill us directly and withheld our funds during the process.
If you read the reviews carefully, you’ll notice a pattern: people who have just toured or recently moved in often leave positive reviews because the property gives a good first impression. Long-term residents, on the other hand, consistently leave one-star reviews describing the same issues. They are friendly upfront, but once money is involved, the tone changes.
Amenities were frequently broken, and maintenance was inconsistent.
I would not recommend anyone move here unless you are prepared to fight to get your own money back.
Management was unresponsive and adversarial throughout. Any polite response they post here now does not reflect how they acted when we were actively trying to resolve this.

Katelyn in the front office is incredibly nice, respectful, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. Every morning when I come to the property, she greets me with a positive attitude that truly brightens my day. If I ever have questions, she is always willing to help and explains everything in a friendly and professional way. I highly recommend speaking with Katelyn if you visit the property — she will make sure all your questions are answered. Thank you, Katelyn, for all your help and professionalism.
I absolutely love living at Elements. I just renewed my lease for a second year this month because I’m so happy here. The amenities, living spaces, and staff are incredible.
This review is for maintenance being so awesome! Yesterday, my washer had unexpectedly stopped working and maintenance came to the rescue immediately. Ben Flores and Juan Araujo were amazing and worked quickly to get the part needed to fix it. They fixed my apartment washer the next day, and were incredibly efficient from start to finish. On top of that, they were friendly and professional. It’s rare to find such a lovely place to live. Huge thanks to both of them for the great service!
Thank you Elements!
