- SAS AtkinsJul 10, 20233.0Management & leasing staff seem to be a bit anti-black in my opinion. The maintenance staff is pretty cool. I think it's a bit overpriced because alot of the amenities break down and we have to wait months before they fix it. The machine in the gym has been broken for at least 6 months and even though I send emails, call and go to the leasing office it is still broken.

The maintenance team has been great and the office staff has been helpful in addressing any questions that we’ve had so far.

She also answered all the questions we had in regards to the units and gave us the full tour with enthusiasm and excitement. She has an excellent personality but she kept it very professional. Would highly recommend her to anyone would is interested in coming here.
