- SSSalton SeaSep 15, 20251.0Was fined $250 for a for sale sign. Dues have reached $841 a month after this company took over little over 3 years ago. Boards and this management company collude to bid out close friends and get expensive contracts approved. It’s a racket. Property values have plummeted.
