  I had an appointment that was confirmed both via text and email. I called when I was on my way and the woman who answered the phone said she didn't have my appointment in the system. I told her I received confirmation and was already on the way; she hung up on me. When my husband and I showed up (hoping someone else would be giving the tour) the same woman reluctantly gave us a tour, making it very obvious that she had no interest in doing her job and she just wanted to go home. Needless to say, we will not be moving there.

  Lived here for 3 years, management and communication was great. Since October 2022, management has reorganized, there has been a substantial rent increase, and the communication is terrible. Don’t waste your money or time, look elsewhere.

  Nice location, just too much bulls*** to deal with the company running the apartments. Have had issues since day one when we moved in. Main issue is that there is no parking. Most people park outside their garages but sometimes the city comes in and give tickets for being parked in a “red zone” for the amount of rent we pay there should be little to any issues. So honestly unless you really want to deal with faulty wiring, no parking and a million of excuses move in here it will be perfect match for your needs.
