  The property is as advertised and very quiet. Don, the property manager, is available promptly and is extremely helpful with any issues tenants experience. Friendly neighbors and a great location.

  We had a great move-in experience! The manager, Don, is extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. He really went out of his way to walk us through the process, accommodate our schedule, and answer all of our questions. Because we moved here from out of state, the positive management reviews online were a big part of our decision to come to Pacific Breeze, and I’m happy to say it went exactly as we had hoped. The homes here are well maintained and the community seems friendly. We are thrilled to be here!

  Well maintained and clean townhomes. Property Manager Don is great. He is quick to respond to any issues and is very accessible whenever I need to reach him. It's clear he takes pride in maintaining the property and ensuring his tenants are comfortable. Highly recommend!
