    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible new property management. I’m rarely able to get a hold of anyone when I have concerns. There is no sense of urgency to get anything fixed. We had mold downstairs and I had to hound them to get it taken care of. Same with the termite situation. You pay a lot to get 0 star service. They have driven good tenants out with their high prices and bad property management. The only good thing is the location. Don’t make the mistake of renting here or of resigning your lease here.

    Surfside Villas is the ideal place to live in Huntington Beach! The new renovations are very nice, including pool / hot tub, gym, outdoor grilling areas, etc. The management is very friendly and accommodating. Plus it is walking distance from the beach!

    I do not understand any of the bad reviews. This place is an amazing place to live. The Management team run by Josh is incredibly helpful with any needs you may have. Surfside villas is currently under a multi million dollar reno. So far it looks amazing!! Location could not be better. 5 min. bike ride from beach. 1 min drive. Highly recommend living here!!
