  My name is Victor Alanis, and I am the owner of Rapid Water & Fire Restoration. I have been working with Sails Property Management for about six months now, and I can honestly say that the entire team is professional, organized, and great to work with. There is one team member in particular that I work with most often—Curtis. I can confidently say that he is extremely professional and always on top of his responsibilities. I personally receive emails from him Monday through Sunday regarding items that need attention, corrections, or follow-ups. He is truly dedicated and consistently goes above and beyond.
