  Marck as an leasing agent, are the best, he is so careful with details, and real hard worker, the building like 50/50 but agents are so good

  I’ve lived here for 6+ years and have seen numerous property managers come and go, but nobody has been as helpful and supportive as this current group — Whittington is someone who constantly goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of and feel valued. Ever since she started here, she’s completely turned this place around for the better and significantly improved the quality of life/living here. Cannot say enough positive things about her and feel very lucky to continue to be able to call this place home!

  It all depends on which unit you move into. WARNING, AVOID 4TH FLOOR. That is the problem floor. This building has been struggling to get rid of illegal air bnbs and some very bad tenants who blast music and stomp and run around the floors all day. The apartments are way too expensive for the level of noise you will hear from doors slamming, people running up and down the stairwells, couples fighting, and the smell of weed smoke. Don't be lured by the rent deals, the deals are because the units that are open are unlivable due to the current tenants in the surrounding units. You won't get any peace or sleep, and you will regret it. Don't set yourself up. Until they do something real about the noise between floors in the building, save yourself.

  We've really enjoyed living at the Highland. Great location and mostly quiet for being in Hollywood. The views are great and the team does stellar work keeping common areas clean. Whittington has been a wonderful property manager, always friendly, very professional and does a phenomenal job. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. So many good things to say.

  Made an appointment to see the property no one was here for it. No one in the leasing office for 30 minutes I waited and no one answered their phone. Upon calling later I only got a central answering service that didn’t know any thing about the property. Run from this place.
