Over-priced, old building. Management skimps on upgrades. Everything in the apartment is the cheapest item at Home Depot. Do not be fooled with the new black-top.
Cabinets are from the 1980s that lock and pop in a horrible dysfunctional manner. The cheapest vinyl flooring ever.
All floors creak, good luck downstairs neighbors. Walls are paper thin. Bathrooms are outdated. Toilet bowls, showers, vanity, etc.
Dog poop gets everywhere, because it never gets picked up. The landscaping team mows it into small poop chips that get tracked into your apartment.
Dog piss is a smell you must get used to.
The office does not answer their phone in a professional manor. They have a “if it matters they will leave a message” attitude.
All notifications are last minute. They will close their office with little to no warning. Good luck reloading your laundry card or getting any services when you are busy at work.
They will extend their lunch by closing early and opening late. They call it having a meeting or whatever. No posted schedule. Really busy listening to voicemails,I guess.
Rosie’s and Elvia’s attitude are always condescending. Check images provided.
Their washing machines are dirty. Moldy-mildew is the aroma.
The rent gets raised to “market value”. Yet the apartment is missing the improvements the model-apartment has.
The homeless will literally encamp in front of the property. The security gate works half the time, but management cheaps out. “Finally contracted a professional company on 10-23-25”.
As a long time resident, I do not recommend. Save your time and deposit. Go somewhere nicer.
5 days after posting this comment on google maps, I received a notice from management stating that the the rent was going up. See picture.
The response from the “owner” is very corporate friendly, however, please take a look at the type of email responses provided by management when asked about issues with the property.

Raintree, where every morning on your way to work, you see tweakers roaming the dumpsters or take a dip in the luxury swimming pool where you might encounter more tweakers, but don’t worry call security. They should be there in 30 to 40 minutes when they might even let more people in that don’t live there.lmao Can’t wait for my lease to be up

Rosie is an amazing Manager I just moved in the process was very easy also the area is beautiful. The grass is cut clean there is no graffiti. The Property is well taken care of and the staff do their job. Of course just like every place you live there is rules and management does their job placing those rules and following them. Great apartments

I don't live there but my sister does and her car got broken into cuz she parked outside. She's unable to park inside cuz they need her registration, proof of insurance, letter giving permission, etc. It's ridiculous since when does an apartment complex require so much extra to be able to park there car in a safe space considering they have so much extra parking... horrible!!!
